True 5-Star. We purchased bathroom vanities and kitchen cabinets along with a butcher block for the large kitchen's island. The products look great, but even more than the product, the level of follow-up, service, and support in resolving a few issues has been old school level, meaning they called when they said, they arrived on time, the adjustments were precise, and the people who came to the house were so kind and professional. They were all like family by the end of the project. Highly recommended and will return for any further needs.

• We used Builder Specialties to help design our kitchen remodel- it had water damage from previous owners and was very dated and functioned poorly. It was hard to envision what we could create, but Laura helped us pull together what we liked and came up with a cohesive design. It was expensive, but that is to be expected nowadays with price inflation and such- the quote was exactly what they delivered, and they worked with our installer to replace a couple of damaged cabinets, even after we'd accepted the delivery. We really love how it turned out! A quality company with good products and professionalism to back it up. We hope to work with them again for some future cabinetry plans. They also did an amazing job getting the countertops arranged and ensuring quality throughout.
